Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. She started her acting career with supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt in which she played Willa McPherson in the role of a reporter. She also appeared in the role of a supporting character on the show with a short run The Ex List. In the first season of FX's American Horror Story, she starred as Moira O'Hara's younger character. Then she played Kaylee in season three. She was Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voiced several characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. She has been voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was born in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old when her mother and she moved to California [1] where they lived for a year before settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she first began to pursue an interest in acting, photography and singing. At the age of 15, she relocated with her mother to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
